Daily maintenance and maintenance

1, check the amount of engine oil, water tank, transmission and fuel tank and fuel tank volume.

2, check the tire pressure and shape.

3, check the operating mechanism signal equipment is intact.

4, after the engine is no abnormal sound engine, whether the normal operation of the instrument.

5, whether the Department of oil leakage, leakage, the connection parts are loose phenomenon.

6, transmission, torque converter, before and after the bridge there is no overheating.

Two, regular maintenance

1, daily check

A. check fuel, cooling water, hydraulic oil, oil is missing, there is no abnormal engine overheating.

B.. Check tyre pressure and damage.

C. check instrument and lighting.

2, every 50 hours maintenance

A. discharge of water and sediment in gas tank.

B. whole car oily point grease.

3, every 100 hours of maintenance (should be carried out at the same time every 50h maintenance)

A.. Lubrication rear axle drive shaft pin.

Check the hydraulic oil level B. tank, between the filling to the L-H line.

C. cleaning air cleaner filter element.

4, every 250 hours of maintenance (should be carried out at the same time 50h and 100h maintenance)

A. check battery point solution liquid level.

B. check parking brake.

C. check the belt tension of air conditioning compressor.

D. check whether the wheel bolt is loose.

E. cleaning air conditioner circulating filter element.

F. to check whether the accumulator's kinetic energy is normal.

5, every 500 hours of maintenance (should be carried out at the same time 50h, 100h, 250h maintenance)

A. change the oil in the oil pan and replace the oil filter cartridge.

B. to replace the fuel oil filter cartridge.

6, every 1000 hours of maintenance (at the same time 50h, 100h, 250h and 500h maintenance)

A. to replace the fuel filter cartridge.

B. to change the transmission oil and filter cartridge, clean the filter.

C. cleaning gear box ventilation device.

D. central hinge pin (2), drive shaft central support (1) lubrication.

E. check whether the engine air intake pipe is loose.

F. check generator drive belt tension.

7, every 2000 hours of maintenance (50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000h maintenance should be performed simultaneously).

A. replace the oil in the hydraulic oil tank, replace the filter element of the hydraulic filter.

B. replacement of hydraulic oil tank ventilation device filter.

The replacement of C. axle oil (front and rear).

D. replacement air filter, air filter, air filter.

E. check brake disc wear.

F. check generator, vibration damper.

G. check engine valve clearance.

8, every 4000 hours maintenance (at the same time 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 hours maintenance)

A. central drive axle spline (1), before and after the central drive bridge (6) lubrication.

B. check water pump, start motor, air conditioning compressor.

C. check engine high pressure pipe clip is loose, rubber is hardened.

D. check whether the fuel injection cover is missing, and the rubber tube is hardened.
